may have noticed several new paintings that I have been
working on that are slightly out of the box for me. I've
been trying new things such as new shapes, new palettes
as well as new movement within my work. It's been challenging
to say the least. However, I've been so pleased with the outcome.
This new body of work is headed to one of my favorite locations
for selling art: Atlanta. When I bring work to Atlanta I always feel
as if I am painting for the very first time. It's my artistic home
away from home and indeed holds a very special place in my heart.
The destination in Atlanta is Gregg Irby Fine Art.
I've been working with Gregg for roughly 6-7 years and have
noticed over the years that working with her has pushed me
as an artist, and at times, past my own limits. Sometimes that
push is actually what we need becuase I love this new series and
hope Atlanta will as well!
Gregg's gallery houses a small group of talented artists in which, over the years, I have highly enjoyed watching their work develop. The gallery is located in Buckhead off of Powers Ferry Road.
